Since 2006, Iran has been utilizing currencies such as the Euro and the Yen, rather than the Dollar for all its oil sales. Iran engages in a barter system with India by exchanging oil for commodities such as wheat, rice and pharmaceuticals. It conducts trade with Russia and China using the Yuan and the Ruble—a trade model entirely free of the Dollar. Following Iran's lead, nations like Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are now also conducting trade in their own respective currencies. This development has shaken the very bedrock of American power, the mandate that nations across the globe must use the Dollar to purchase oil. If nations worldwide bypass the Dollar, the demand for U.S.Treasury bonds would be plummeting.

Consequently, the U.S.would no longer be able to borrow at will to fund its extravagant expenditures. Furthermore, the U.S would be unable to freeze the bank accounts of other nations or impose economic sanctions upon them. If this spirit of "economic revolution"—this newfound courage were to spread to other nations, America's global hegemony would inevitably crumble. That is precisely why the U.S.constantly seeks a pretext on any excuse to wage war against Iran. After all, global trade, international banking systems, and a network of surveillance satellites all remain firmly within its grasp.

His logic which amounts to taking someone else's property and declaring, "I'll give it to you at a discount"—is simply... well, what can one even say?!It is utterly absurd for the president of a superpower to declare, "I will seize their oil and sell it on the market," without having fully conquered that nation either militarily or politically. "We don't have any oil left"—that was Iran's response. And the full thrust of that reply was this: "Who the hell are you to impose a ban on our oil, or to subsequently lift it? We haven't shown you a shred of respect for the past eighteen years! Such behavior is typical when fear takes hold: saying one thing while doing the exact opposite

The United States now finds itself in a precarious predicament—floundering, unable either to withdraw or to remain.
