With the advent of technological advancements, the loans are easily available within a click of our mobile phone and laptops.
The financial advisors are deliberately classify the loans into good loans and bad loans.
Good loans are the loans that we have taken and invested into the appreciative assets, education, employment enhancement trainings, investments etc.,
Bad loans are the loans that are classified for those who have not invested for additional income, talents etc. and they may be used for functions, celebrations, buying expensive gadgets, payment of other loans etc.,
While the good loans are being invested in appreciative investments they make quite handful of returns in some period in time.
I know few of my friends are in crypto, when they realise the bottom out of the market, if they don't have the money, they would borrow from the money in terms of loans for medium term and they invest in cryptos as well.
Once the cryptos are making the upper move, they cashed out all their crypto assets for loan and pay back the loan.

There are many people in my circle do hate loans at any point. But in the other side, there are people like this too.
The important lesson is that when and where we do buy loan and how this transform our lives in terms of appreciative income and bring happiness to us.
