The AEROTOKEN team after detailed analysis wishes to implement a number of policy to curb the activities of people who consistently abuse the system.
First we want to thank our true committed community members for their support and believe in our revolutionary project.
Sequel to the reckless abuse of the mining privilege, a revolutionary technology designed to cut down mining cost, the Aerotoken team will be upgrading our smart contract with adjustments in the inflationary rate with a resultant adoption of AET2 which will be swapped with the current AET.
This measure is taken to protect investors from opportunistic miners who never invest but mine and mint new tokens to dump on true investors as evidenced in the exchange market.
The snapshot has already been taken for all holders of AET outside the exchange and anyone who mints or mines AET after this snapshot will not receive a token swap after the smart contract upgrade.
Following this development, all holders of the current AET will receive equivalent AET2.
To this regard, deposits and withdrawal have been temporarily suspended in catex and all holders of AET in catex are mandated to cancel all trading orders as catex snapshot for AET holders will be taken at exactly 14:00UTC on 28/10/2019.
We therefore advice the community members to stop all transactions, minting and mining of AET until the smart contract upgrade is completed.
The Aerotoken team and it's management will not take responsibility for loss of AET as a result of transactions carried out within the period we cautioned against.
The smart contract upgrade with the swap and distribution of AET2 is expected to be completed within 72hours.
Please be informed that the upgrade will not in any form affect the development of AET or the ongoing projects or campaigns as outlined by our roadmap.
The upgraded version of AEROTOKEN AET2 for swapping will benefit the system by implementing a lower rate of controlled inflation technology with a resultant control of the abuse of mining and reckless minting without forfeiting the inflationary technology which is at the centre and soul of our project.
