1,100% surge in unrelated stock with a similar name... Just because Elon Musk told his 42M followers to ‘use Signal’

The Signal app has nothing to do with a small company, Signal Advance, whose stock price surged in two days. 

With a new privacy update on WhatsApp, many became cautious of the new data-sharing rules.
As an effect, many people explored using Signal. Elon Musk suggested too that his followers should use the messaging app, but some people bought the unrelated stock.

Although Signal crew can also be pleased because this tweet got them a bunch of new users for sure.

Is Elon some kind of prophet, or he just have access to quality information before all of us? It remains to be seen. But what he certainly has is the 42M +1 follower.
