Quick update for all those of you who are holding Utopis tokens.

@Chronocrypto, the guys behind project Utopis announced that Utopis holders will earn ETH instead of Hive as weekly payments.

@chronocrypto mines ETH and uses this mined ETH to buy Hive. A portion of these Hive tokens is sent to us Utopis holders every Monday. The more Utopis you hold, the more Hive you'll receive from the reward pool.

Some people didn't like the idea of Utopis paying ETH but I think most of us do want to get our hands on that ETH so I am definitely in.

ETH transfer fees are huge so cashing out our Utopis earnings every week is impossible but I don't really care cause I am in it for the long-run.

Why?

ETH announced their Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 1559 and starting from July, ETH fees will be way less than what it is today.

Us average folks will be able to move tiny amounts of ETH around and I think we'll be thanking chronocrypto for his choise of switching payments to ETH. That's just me though!
