We took a taxi tour of all the nice resorts while visiting Anguilla.  It is not uncommon to let you walk around and check out the grounds so you can tell your friends how nice it is.  The Cuisinart Resort on Anguilla had a beautiful covered patio area for dining right behind the pool.  We went back there for lunch.

The resort is called a "golf" resort but I don't know anything about that.  They do grow a lot of their own food on the property and pride themselves in their meal preparations.  We were not disappointed.  The beach is pristine white sand.  The other island that you can see from the patio is St. Martin.
