10 crypto and tokenized stocks to watch in August 2026

Strategy, Coinbase, Circle and more: see the 10 crypto and tokenized stocks that Bitget analysts highlight for August 2026.

The month begins with earnings reports, record corporate treasury figures, and macroeconomic decisions that could impact companies in the sector.

Bitget Research published its monthly report this week highlighting crypto companies and tokenized stocks. The document maps ten names that deserve attention in August 2026.

The underlying scenario is one of consolidation. Bitcoin is trading near $64,200 this Wednesday, July 29th. The total capitalization of the crypto market is around $2.17 trillion. Publicly traded companies already hold more than 1.26 million BTC on their balance sheets, equivalent to 6% of the total supply.

Five crypto companies to watch for August.

Strategy leads by a wide margin.

MSTR (Mid-Strategy) remains the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin on the planet. On July 27, the company reported 843,775 BTC on its balance sheet, with an average acquisition cost of US$75,476 per unit.

The total accumulated cost reaches US$63.69 billion. The company paused purchases for five consecutive weeks and now has US$3.75 billion in cash reserves.

Coinbase as a market barometer

Coinbase (COIN) remains the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States. The company generates revenue through trading, custody, staking, and yields from stablecoins. Its diversification makes it a benchmark for measuring the activity of both retail and institutional investors .

Circle and the day's recap 5

Circle (CRCL), the issuer of the USDC stablecoin , will release its second-quarter results on August 5th . Analysts project revenue of $720 million and earnings per share of $0.165.

The company recently obtained OCC approval to operate as a federal trust bank. This balance sheet could act as a catalyst for the entire stablecoin sector.

MARA Holdings between mining and sales

MARA Holdings (MARA) combines large-scale mining with a treasury of 36,303 BTC , according to data from June 2026. However, the company sold 15,133 BTC in March to repurchase convertible debt at a 9% discount. The strategy has changed: MARA now monetizes Bitcoin opportunistically, instead of accumulating it all.

Bitmine is betting heavily on Ethereum.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) holds 5,787,414 ETH, equivalent to 4.8% of the entire Ethereum supply. The majority of this holding, approximately 4.9 million ETH, is staked on the proprietary platform MAVAN.

Projected annualized revenue from staking reaches US$242 million . The company is the largest corporate holder of ETH in the world.

Five tokenized stocks to track

TSMC at the center of the race for AI chips.

TSMC (TSM) manufactures the most advanced processors for artificial intelligence . The company remains a direct indicator of chip demand, global production capacity, and the pace of AI  investments .

Eli Lilly beyond the tech sector

Eli Lilly (LLY) represents one of the strongest growth trends outside of technology. Its GLP-1 weight-loss medications are already influencing healthcare spending, consumer behavior, and even the food industry.

JPMorgan as a macro barometer

JPMorgan (JPM) is a benchmark for the financial sector as the market adjusts expectations regarding interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve. The Fed's decision this Wednesday, July 29th, adds immediate relevance to this position.

Exxon Mobil and the geopolitical factor

Exxon Mobil (XOM) is capturing the pulse of the energy market at a time of renewed tensions in the Middle East and fluctuations in oil prices. OPEC+ decisions and dollar movements keep the company as a benchmark for inflation and geopolitical risk.

Walmart and consumer health

Walmart (WMT) enters the back-to-school season in the US. Its results serve as a barometer of American consumption, especially under persistent inflationary pressure.

What connects these ten companies?

Convergence between crypto and traditional markets

Bitget Research's list reflects a market where the line between digital and traditional assets is dissolving. Companies like Strategy and MARA act as Bitcoin proxies on the stock exchange. Tokenized shares of TSMC and JPMorgan, in turn, bring macro exposure to crypto portfolios.

The common denominator is August. Corporate earnings reports, Fed decisions, and developments in US legislation regarding digital assets all fall into this same period. For those who follow the sector, this is a month requiring heightened scrutiny.
