"With over 6498 writes on our platform, In Writing is Web3's premiere text NFT marketplace."-inwriter website bio

Non Fungible Tokens, or NFT's, as they are more commonly known, have been cited as the digital answer to collectibles, in the same regard that Bitcoin has come to be known as the digital answer to currency.
And that's basically what an NFT is, it allows a buyer to own a piece of digital art and being presented with a receipt in that the transaction is not only minted to the blockchain, but the purchaser has the actual collectible as well. NFTs are created in the same general way that cryptocurrency is generated.
In short,
Fungible= tradeable/ exchangeable
Non-Fungible= Has unique properties/ NOT exchangeable
The newest form of NFT is taking the digital world by storm. And that new form of NFT is....
... drum roll please......
Writing NFT or Literary NFT
These are the terms for the star of NFTs, but you're probably asking yourself,
" What constitutes a literary NFT?"
Well, the answer to that is simple, really: A literary NFT can be anything! ranging from a book, poem, article, or blog post. Basically any literary work that is digitally driven can be considered a literary NFT. These NFTs can now be sold on the platform inwriting and you can find that website by clicking on this link!:
Inwrite is currently offering one free literary NFT mint for users that utilize the promocode:
FREEWRITE
Currently when posting your literary NFT the site will give you an alert that you cannot post your NFT for free. However there is a way around this. You post the NFT and do not list it and then afterwards click on the icon to the right of the word blog. Once there scroll to the bottom of your literary NFT and click on the word "unlisted", which will subsequently allow you to either transfer, list, or unlist your NFT.
Inwrite utilizes the MATIC token as currency for their users. Generally speaking a user has to have at least some form of MATIC available on there account that can be utilized by either "writers", those that post literary works for sale or to be minted. Or "readers" , those that read the literary works available and make purchases by there preference.
MATIC operates on the Polygon blockchain as an extension that can be downloaded as an extension of the extension "MetaMask".
Phew
that's A LOT of extensions haha.
It can be easily inferred that all writers will be paid in the native token of MATIC which can be easily converted into USD.
The token value currently sits at : Polygon Price (MATIC) $0.9671.
The inwriter services heavily leans on the web browser extension "Meta Mask", so users will need to have that extension as well as the polygon wallet extension downloaded into their browser. Honestly I feel that anybody that has interest in being a part of Web3 should have that extension download anyways! (or something similar) So the requirements for using inwriter are not plentiful and are easily met by just about anyone.
I hope you enjoyed this post and after you read it if you have time and the concept interests you, head on over to inwrite and start minting some literary NFTs if you have any literary work you feel is worth monetizing or simply giving value too!
