How people get scam look at here " 100,000,000 Ripple giveaway"

I don't know how people easily trust this kind of information . i found a link through twitter where Brad Garlinghouse  a CEO and board of director of Ripple Company giving airdrop if you send minimum 10,000 Ripple to following Wallet Address without Tag that is :  rU37d4kvD3KZVbnCdLnQ9X1yvM5UWBXh2N

After i saw this site link then i realised that this wallet address is blocked by ripple explorer  and recorded scam .

This is so easy to scam people by showing fake good comments on the  base of transaction and payments.This is still going on at the link  

and it gets viral on twitter

The website is change.org where this petition is being filled up. 

please comment if anybody came across this kind of Airdrop .i can't say its completely fraud and fake because i have no evidence but if we think with our common sense then nobody is so rich to give you free money in this way where we send 1 portion to receive double portion.
