Good day friends,
This week too, I have prepared for you several observations and interesting facts from the world of technology and finance. Lets go.
If the development of CBDC could be compared to a race - who is more afraid of cryptocurrencies, is faster - would Europe and its vision for 2025 win? Barely. They will be countries like Russia or China or Kazakhstan with nineteen million inhabitants. The same Kazakhstan that paid off all its debt to the International Monetary Fund seven years ahead of schedule. The same Kazakhstan that Bitcoin miners discovered when fleeing China. And yes, the same Kazakhstan that made the first transaction with the country's central bank's new digital currency (CBDC). Commercial banks and cryptocurrency enthusiasts are apparently not happy. But still better than, say, an arms race. Well, congratulations.
Sure, there was the option to value your bitcoin while you wait for its price to put a smile on your face. And we all know how those services ended. But then I came across this interesting start-up. The developers are no newcomers to funding and explain why they won't end up like BlockFi or Celsius. Is It Time To Dust Off The Old Bitcoin Faucets? The idea of bitcoin gaining real-world use as collateral is appealing. Hopefully it will stand the test a bit better than as a store of value or a means of payment.
Whatever you dislike about AI, you will surely appreciate this mammoth service to humanity. A Spanish influencer agency has developed an artificial intelligence model named Aitana Lopez. If you don't already know her, she is young, beautiful and has pink hair. According to the agency, that's not all. Unlike live Influencers, Aitana is never late, doesn't have an inflated ego, doesn't suffer from any mania and most importantly - she's not just about the money! Such an employee of the year. I don't know what the poor living influencers who ended up on the pavement will do now... Can you imagine taking this idea even further and someone starting to generate useful policies for example? I definitely do.
And that's all for today friends, see you soon!!
