Hello everyone,

Another forest-cleaning session yesterday and, alas, once again the harvest was good.

Here's an overview of what I found along the way (bearing in mind that I didn't take photos of half the garbage, as it was sometimes filled with bits of plastic, glass, etc.).

Start of the walk:

Right at the start, while playing with the dog, I came across a pack of new handkerchiefs, probably lost by a walker:

But it was as soon as I entered the forest that things got serious:

I had to break this large sheet of painted melamine into four pieces to get it into the bag.

At this point the floor was full of little bits of plastic, a horror to pick up.

The classic, disgusting used handkerchief...

Je I don't know why, but I find a lot of latex gloves.

All the photos above are less than 100 meters apart. I then branched off onto a less pedestrian path where objects were rarer.

It's notable that I obviously lost some photos, as I came across a lot of beer bottles, but I can't find them anymore (the photos, not the bottles! 🤣🤣🤣).

Challenge for next time, find the other end of the scooter

By this stage, I'd been walking for a good hour and the bag was getting pretty heavy. I thought I'd finished for the day, but I had another surprise just before the end of the ride.

A multitude of bits of glass on a path full of children...

It's the end of the clean-up and, frankly, the satisfaction of a job well done when we get home and throw it all in the garbage can.

The forest will be a little cleaner tonight!
