The XUMM app is a non-custodial XRP wallet and crypto payment platform. XUMM is a “banking” application. But the services of a third-party are not necessary to complete normal banking transactions with the XUMM app.

XUMM has the following three use cases:

1. to store Ripple (XRP), the $US, or the Euro (€)

2. to buy XRP with or convert XRP back to:

Bitcoin (BTC)

3. a payment platform for:

a peer to peer (P2P) payment
a retail payment that is initiated by the retailer.

The transactions are done on the XRP Ledger decentralized exchange. And the transaction time is only 15 seconds!
