Equivalent to Amazon, Bitplaza is an e-commerce global marketplace. The application is one of a kind as it will only let you to pay with Bitcoin. You use Bitplaza in a web browser or with an Android and iOS application.
Bitplaza is easy to use. There are 20 different product categories for sale. All the primary brands that you would want are available. Here is screenshot of the Bitplaza_homepage.
As shown, all prices are given in Bitcoin. The price for each product automatically changes as the price of Bitcoin changes. For example, if the Bitcoin price increases by 10% the price of all the products in the store will be 10% less.
To purchase a product, you put it into the shopping cart. After a product is placed into the shopping cart, you complete the purchase by sending Bitcoin to a Bitplaza address. You can do this with your Bitcoin wallet or from a cryptocurrency exchange. If you use a Bitcoin wallet, Bitplaza gives you a QR code. The sale is completed within seconds and you get an onscreen confirmation. This is followed with an electronic mail receipt.
In the USA shipping is free and delivery occurs within 2-4 business days. All products are shipped with the US Postal Service, FedEX, or UPS. When a product is shipped, you will get a tracking number in an electronic mail. You can track the status of the shipment on the website or with the mobile application.
International Shipping is also available. The cost for an international shipment will vary by country. And your country’s customs regulations will apply. An international shipment will arrive within 5-10 business days at your country’s customs facility.
If it becomes necessary to get help, you can contact customer service from the website, with the mobile application, or by telephone. The telephone customer service is available on Monday through Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. North American Eastern Time (UTC offset of -5 hours).
The only downside of Bitplaza is that Bitplaza does not accept returns or give a refund. If a product is defective it will be necessary to return it to the manufacturer. If you do not want the purchased product, it will be necessary to make a decision about what to do with it.
