So this is a link to the nonprofit  Care Connection Columbus at my church (Judah Tabernacle). If you're looking for a good charity to donate to this is the one. They use every single penny that is donated to help the surrounding community. This is the only charity that I personally make money donations to because I know for a fact the money is used how they say it's being used. They have several different programs to reach out to the community such as:

1) Loads of Love: this program is to help the low income families at Parsons Elementary. They give laundry baskets, laundry supplies, and gift cards to a laundromat (if the family doesn't have a washer and dryer) to make sure students have clean clothes to wear to school.

2) Heavens Cupboard: this is our church's food pantry. They have partnered with The Mid-Ohio Food Bank and on the 3rd Saturday of every month they give out really nice food baskets. They usually serve over 50 families a month.

3) Hope on High: Care Connection has partnered with Hope On High to feed the homeless or anyone else in the community that is in need. Hope on High is at High St and Williams Rd every Friday and Saturday. Care Connection is there the 2nd Saturday of every month to give out hot meals and a cold lunch that they can take with them for later. Now other churches volunteer all the other days. Last I heard they have 14 different churches from just about every domination that volunteers.

Care Connection also gives school supplies to some Parsons Elementary student's at the beginning of every school year. They give out Thanksgiving baskets every year to a select amount of families that has everything in them needed to cook a family Thanksgiving dinner. They do all this and so much more to reach out to the surrounding community to show God's love.

For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to Care Connection Columbus. I've chosen this nonprofit because their mission means a lot to me, and I hope you'll consider contributing as a way to celebrate with me. Every little bit will help me reach my goal. I've included information about Care Connection Columbus below.

Care Connection Columbus is a not for profit organization purposed to extend love and support to those right here in our community. Our goal is to connect with the lost, broken and those addicted, aide and restore them with love, resources, etc., and to equip them to become who they are called to be. We wholeheartedly believe that Jesus died so that we may live and have victory over every temptation and every chain the enemy may place before us. We choose to stand and proclaim victory over the enemy in our community and are expecting lives to be changed through Jesus!
