Tiramisu is a classic Italian no-bake dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and incredible cream
The word Tiramisu means “pull me up,” which is very appropriate because one bite will put you in a good mood!
Tiramisu sweet has 2 main layers: sponge cake ladyfingers soaked in coffee and the cream layer.

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks (very fresh)
- 70gr white sugar
- 400gr savoiardi biscuits (ladyfingers)
- 300gr mascarpone cheese
- 200gr whipped cream (not in the original recipe but the cream layer will be more tasty)
- cups of coffee (the quantity to soak the biscuits)
Directions
- in a bowl put the mascarpone cheese and mash it with a fork, add the sugar and the fresh egg yolks. Mix well to obtain a creamy sauce
- immediately after, gently add the whipped cream using a spoon
- in a saucepan place a layer of savoiardi biscuits soaked in coffee
- cover the layer with a layer of cream
- a new layer of soaked savoiardi biscuits
- ends with a new layer of cream sprinkled with cocoa powder
