Inferno in the Heart of One of World Oldest Forests

The Flames Devouring Forest Once more, This time in the Hyrcanian Forests, one of the oldest forest in the world.   A video has been shared showing the forests around Elit village in northern Iran on fire. It really looks like a complete hell.I first saw it on Instagram and couldn’t believe my eyes at first. It seems the firefighters don’t have enough equipment to put out the blaze. They don’t even have enough helicopters and are trying to fight the fire almost empty-handed.I couldn’t upload the Instagram video here, but I found a very similar one on YouTube.

Here’s the translation of what the person in the video is saying:“We’re up high near Elit village. We used a helicopter camera to get a closer view of the fire."    PS: As You see in the end of the video, it seems like having a Heli cam is a big deal and everybody's circulating around the guy watching the video desperately.
"The fire has spread over a huge area — it’s truly terrifying.
From far away, it looks like just a burning leaves, charcoal, and smock  but when you get closer, you see how enormous it really is. It feels like the whole place is turning into hell. The flames just keep moving forward, swallowing the trees one by one.
The rescue teams are having an extremely hard time. All this smoke and carbon is rising into the air, reaching their camp up high, and they’re literally risking their lives."
"And with every passing minute, the situation is getting worse and worse.”

It's been almost a month and the fire is still raging forward.

Now here comes my own opinion. Every time I hear about some fire rampage, whether it's in a jungle or else, I believe it;'s man made. And when I say man made, I mean completely intentional. The harsh reality is that people want the land for themselves and they can't profit out of forest as much as they want and they are ... greedy s.. b..!

End of Story.
