Everyone's body is unique. Some people catch diseases very quickly, while others remain very healthy. If there is even a slight change in the weather, some people catch a cold. If they consume anything cold during winter, they become healthy. Many people look like this nowadays, but some people do not get any kind of disease even if they are fed any kind of food or anything. Perhaps there must be such people around you who are like this. It would not be a big deal to put them in the category of superhumans. Many people live in any kind of weather and consume any kind of food, and not everyone can do this. Today, everyone avoids many things. Some people are allergic to something, and some people do not like something, but there are very few people who eat any kind of food, and they do not have any kind of side effect. See, when we get any disease, we go to the hospital for its treatment and take medicines. See, sometimes medicines are very necessary, but some people start consuming medicines in excess, and they get used to it.

I know some people who take their medicine daily (they are kind of habitual to it ), or if they fall even slightly ill, they start consuming medicines. Here I want to make you realise that our body is capable of making us healthy on its own. See, whenever your body gets used to something or if it is made to do more of that type of work which it is not used to, then the body starts giving some signals of it. See, when we get a fever, it happens most of the time when we do some such work which we are not able to do if we do not do it daily. If you work daily sitting in the office and sometimes on holidays, if you do a lot of hard work at home, then it gets into your body and you feel it, but doing hard work also feels very good.
If I talk about myself, I don't take medicines so quickly. Though I have never been seriously ill, everyone falls ill sometimes in some way or the other, but if I have a cold or something of the sort, then I don't take medicines immediately. First, I let my body heal. I give rest to my body, which solves a lot of problems. I have felt so. Congratulations on taking medicines. You can use some such things that can make your body heal automatically. For example, if you have a cold, then you should consume hot things, have soup or make kadha (a mix of ayurvedic medicines) or drink ginger tea, or you can also drink milk mixed with turmeric and eat chavanprash. You can also eat honey. It provides heat to your body.

If you believe that money is yours, then you can change some of your habits. I have felt that if you wake up in the morning and do proper exercise for about half an hour, then that also gives a lot of good benefits. Or you do a little work after having food. You don't need to go for a walk outside. If you have space in your house, then you can spend 15-20 minutes on your terrace or take a walk in your room, and this is a good habit. Many people lie down immediately after having food, and they become lazy. If you walk on the terrace because you should not run after having food, it gives you a pain in your stomach. So if you do not walk, then that also gives a lot of good benefits.
It does not matter what kind of food you use, if you do physical activities or physical workouts of any kind, you do not need to go to the gym, if you play for a while or do something that works out your body, or you can play any sport like football and many other outdoor games involve physical activities, then this also has a very good impact. If you adopt some small habits in your life, then you may not even need medicines, if your body does physical work happily, then you do not need any kind of medicines and you should avoid eating outside and eat light food which is also good for your health, at night you should try to eat light food and if you eat food before going to sleep, it is even better. And if possible, consume at least two to three bottles of water. if you live in a hot area, then you need even more water; if you live in an area where the heat is less, then you must also drink water.
