Hydro withdraw not processed...anyone to de-block the withdraw process?

I know that this kind of posts are not quite interesting to be seen here ...

I just wanted to let you know ( i mean the representants of this awesome platform) that i've accesed a withdraw operation for my hydro assets and it didn't happened to be operated even if it said it has been processed and it's done.

The assets didn't showed up in my wallet.

Can anyone help and re-check and re-process my payment ( someone from publish0x staff) ?
