Paxos introduced Paxos Crypto Brokerage. The API solution will allow companies to integrate the ability to trade, store and send bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies into the application. The first customer was fintech startup Revolut.
The collaboration will allow U.S. users of the Bitcoin-friendly app to access deeper liquidity, attractive market prices and historical data, Paxos said.
The developers of Paxos Crypto Brokerage believe that the solution will attract the interest of companies interested in entering the cryptocurrency market whose business is related to payments, asset management or banking services. Paxos believes that they have created an inexpensive, safe and easy way to add digital assets to the product line for companies of all sizes.
Recall that in February, Paxos launched a securities settlement service using distributed ledger technology. The first users of the service were Credit Suisse and Instinet broker from the Japanese holding company Nomura.
