The identity of the hacker is unknown. Unfortunately as we publish this, he team of cyber experts hired by Mike Lindell are presently anonymous as well. So it is difficult to do anything but take Mike's word pending further evidence.
How many states and districts were recorded, or if it was all the automated machinery in all states and districts, is also unclear in the video. However the scope of the recorded evidence if true, appears to be vast. Mike Lindell states emphatically during this interview and public presentation of his evidence, that the results in significant states will be affected.

The data is from Dominion and other automated voting systems. As you can see, at this point, Mike Lindell is brimming with confidence as to the scope of his evidence. After having built an enterprise with a quality and detail oriented reputation, the affect of martial law on his business and customer base, prompted Mike to take his belief in self governance to a new level of business and political/economic risk.
The details in Mr. Lindell's presentation are sketchy. as to how the alleged evidence came into his possession, or the source. Once Mike's concern over the election was made public and he inquired privately, the offer for evidence was given to him. Mike then says he hired his own anonymous team of over qualified experts, (he made damn sure), to double, triple, and recheck again the raw data allegedly taken and the entire translation of their own data for verification they were correctly analyzing the results and data as they were were unfolding vote by vote.

So with his My Pillow reputation firmly on the line, Mike Lindell not only risks his integrity in bringing this case to court, but also puts the focus on the integral ability of the common person to self govern, with reason, understanding of the issues and with sound judgement, in today's complicated world. Is he committing fraud, or being duped?
This, focus will be enlarged by economic/political leaders,, currently in power, and their alleged experts with drastically opposing views on government. If this evidence gains public awareness, his reputation, the nature of the evidence and particularly those who advance it will be questioned, examined and at times attacked by those who feel threatened, in anyway possible. Russian and connections to other foreign entities may be alleged against Mr. Lindell and anyone connected with advancing his evidence. But the evidence will first have to gain traction in court and public discussion.
