In a universe dotted with potentially valuable collections, we are always on the lookout for the NFT with the most utility and that can return the most value in the long run. In/habitants is a graphic novel that speaks to the Web3 generation and narrates it intimately and overwhelmingly. Through physical books and NFTs, it creates a bridge between the metaverse and the real world, providing its users and supporters with a complete experience in the world of art and blockchain.
In/habitants is first and foremost an anime that you can read and devour for free on inhabitants.zone, on globalcomix, or buy for kindle or in physical copy on Amazon. Exploring the various episodes of the series, you will meet characters with tragic stories and complex existences, united by a desire for redemption and revenge against a status quo that would have them confined to the margins of decision-making. It’s an imagery that in some way represents the lives of all those who, for one reason or another, have decided to approach the world of cryptocurrencies and who, disillusioned by institutional governance, seek in communities and the blockchain a new way of relating to the society.

The project’s natural outlet on the Web3 is an NFT collection launched on StargazeZone closely connected to the comic. These are 1/1 panels that immortalize moments from the different episodes. NFTs for the first two episodes sold out in a few hours and are now available for purchase on Stargaze’s secondary marketplace. Owning one or more NFTs belonging to the collection provides several benefits, such as participating in the weekly ‘soft staking’ rewards (the team stakes 100% of the revenue from NFT sales and distributes the rewards to the holders), early access to the game related to the series (coming soon), special content and uncensored chapters, and much more. With the proceeds of soft staking alone, NFT pays for itself within a few months.

As proof of the team’s strong involvement in the blockchain world, In/habitant is also a validator on the StargazeZone network with already around $2.5M $STARS in delegation. Delegators know how important it’s for a validator to have the support of the community, and vice versa, even more so if the validator is also an artist who spreads his work through the blockchain he helps to keep safe. Delegating to the In/habitant validator, in addition to the staking rewards, will allow you to concretely support the project and earn points in their Crew3. Complete as many quests as possible to spread the word, climb the rankings, and win prizes.

The community is a further strength of In/habitant. The headquarters is the Discord server, where the latest updates are shared and the team is in constant contact with users. The Twitter account (@in_habitants) is another must-follow so as not to miss any news about the project. To embrace as many readers as possible, the graphic novel is translated into English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish. The story fascinated me so much that, in agreement with the team, I started the Italian translation, which will hopefully be released soon.

In/habitant is among the first anime to be launched on Web3, and the premises for the future of the project could not be better. While waiting for the minting of the panels of the next episodes (and in the hope of mining those with NSFW traits), I leave you with the sentence that dominates the homepage of their site: The Internet is the new battleground for freedom. We live in it. We are in/habitants.
