Ignisa is a proud Calidumian.
Her home planet, Calidum, boasts the highest surface temperatures of any planet in the galaxy.
In fact, its so hot that many scientists believe that Calidum is not a planet at all, but actually a micro star or possibly the precursor to a gigantic Black Hole.
[As an aside, here's a little Calidumian Folklore.
According to Calidum Legends, the first Calidumians were tasked by "The All" to create all the stars in the universe.
Pleased with the billions of expertly crafted, beautifully brilliant stars the Calidumians had made, "The All" happily gifted the planet to them.

Sgt Fusione is one of the youngest ISOC Operators to lead an ISOC RSS (Rapid Response Squad).
Her classified missions usually involve emergencies dealing with: blast or impact sheilding, survival heat and energy production, terra-form mods and corrections, atmospheric "torch lighting" for large scale search and rescue operations, etc.
As of this writing, Sgt Fusione has never been ordered on any offensive missions (e.g., preemptive strikes, search and destroy raids, top-tier infrastructure sabotage, fall-back "scorched earth" ops, etc.).
But that may soon change.
ISOC has been put on High Alert.
The territorial dispute over Mars' 12th moon "Xara" is escalating and may ignite a war between three planets; one if them being Mars.
The sudden, dramatic increase in number and scope of "Routine, Peace Time Military Exercises" on and around Xara by the three Planetary Space Forces is a huge powder keg just waiting to explode.
Just one weapon misfire, one AI glitch, one misunderstood order or one mistranslated communique could instantly change these military maneuvers from being "Peace Time and Routine" to "War Time and Maximum Offense".
In order to prevent an impending inter-planetary war, ISOC may be forced to use Sgt Fusione's squad and her many special abilities for clearly offensive purposes...
