Aside from the late Dr. Jickson, Cal possesses the most knowledge on Heart Bridge's "Weapon Born Seed AI Program".
In fact, he has kidnapped most of the first children used for the program.
He also implanted his nemesis, a woman operative named Patrell, with Kylan's AI, a sentient Weapon Born AI based on the consciousness of a young boy.
He has a knack for literally getting away with murder and does many Houdini-like escapes whenever he gets captured...
