Meet Dr. Antoinette Sans Rival, PhD, Consultant, ISOC, Underwater Ops Division.
Antoinette is an Aquatic Martian - the other Martian species being Terrestrial and Airborne.
Dr. Sans Rival is an ISOC veteran, spending two tours of duty in the icy, dark combat waters of Mars' 12th moon "Xarin".
For over 1,500 years, three spacefaring civilizations from nearby solar systems have claimed sovereignty over the mineral rich Xarin, stating that obscure, ancient monoliths and artifacts prove "first discovery"; and therefore, "first rights".
Mars is a strong member within "The Community of Free Trading Planets", the top of ISOC's chain of command.
That's why ISOC has always been called upon to support Mars' claim to Xarin.

She left active duty with an Honorable Discharge and rank of SSgt to pursue advanced studies in space physics, quantum mechanics, zero "G" fluid dynamics and fluctuating spectral and acoustic communications.
Within five years, she graduated Summa Cum Laude, earning triple PhDs from prestigious MIT (Mars Institute of Technology).
Shortly thereafter, she was recruited by ISOC to serve as the Lead Consultant ISOC's Underwater Ops Division.
But the sudden disappearance of Dr. Kravosk, Antoinette's boss, former mentor and ex-lover, has thrust her in the position of (Temporary) Head, Underwater Ops Division, ISOC...
