This Week Is Going To Be Bananos!

Taking some advice from myself, where last week I read and recorded everything I read about crypto, this week I'm going to be doing some focusing in.

While scrolling through the Twitter-Cryptoverse I happened upon nano and banano. Nano is a real crypto currency and banano, and a drunk crypto-currency in a monkey costume throwing banana peels at you while trying to convince you it's actually not drunk and is blowing into a kazoo to 'prove his point' thinking it's a breathalyzer. Sigh, you need all kinds of friends though, diversity of thought is important. What I like about drunk banano is that the entire community is much built around folding at home (F@H). A dope project you should definitely check out if you think mining is too complex, because you can "fold" with your laptop/phone! It's pretty straight forward and in essence is actually crowd-sourcing compute power from your laptop/phone and using that compute to solve complex diseases, including new Covid-19 strains. AND if you do it with banano's miner, you earn banano at the same time.

It's a strangely altruistic win-win.

So, to recap. I'm joining their Discord chat, their subreddit, following their Twitter, and learning as much about them as I can in the next week. And I'll assemble everything I read in a better way than I did last time.

Their main channel The Jungle is full of fun characters all tipping each other banano all the time. So come and learn and participate in a crypto-community-contributing to medical research and trying to get rich...in potassium. That is the monke way.

Feel free to tip this monke in bananos! ban_3qpkjyx8e85jmkhbp97jm39f4gqfjie14ghkuoqidu7ukiozke6uumn5bkyf

Secret P.S. for those who read to the end, post your own account number and some ban might come your way!

I don't know anything about crypto

I am a lay person with no background in coding, blockchain, or cryptocurrencies. I like to make complex topics simple, because that's the only freaking way I'll understand them. Come along as I teach you all the things I don't know yet.
