RECAP of AMA with CEO and CoFounder of Rescue Token

By JamesMorillo | Microcap Blog | 26 Mar 2021

Hello to our Global Microcap Gem Hunters Community! We bring the 2nd AMA with Rescue Token conducted on our platform brought to you by microcapgemhunters! Our special guests were none other than the CEO, Rich Stone, and CoFounder, Crypto Jay, of Rescue Token. Here is the RECAP of the AMA.

Admin James: Before opening to the community, let me ask some few questions on the RSC ecosystem and the team!

SweetMonkeyLove:

Crypto Jay: Little teaser to get everyone pumped up

Admin James: Alright so before we move on, we want to hear about the team over at Rescue Token, Rich and CryptoJay. What are your backgrounds like in crypto?

Rich Stone: Hi everyone , thank you for taking the time to ask about what we think is a cutting edge idea in the crypto space.

Crypto Jay: I’ve been trading since early 2017 I got in mid summer before everything exploded. Been a huge supporter of blockchain in general. My real value to this project is in my background in sales and marketing in the toy industry and my family also runs a non profit rescue farm!

Rich Stone: I have been involved in The crypto space since Bitcoin was about $282. I have a background in coding from my 2 decades of work in the web servers, development of commercial web presence. I started with blockchain work, making some fomo games converted from ethereum to tron network in early 2017

Crypto Jay: The company i worked for was called Laser Pegs . I managed the specialty sales department and managed all trade shows and customer display options. My balance of creativity seems to work well with rich. He’s the technical expert

Rich Stone: Imagine joking that eth would never go over $7. What a time!

Admin James: Great synergy between you two

Crypto Jay: Really is an insane dynamic. The rate of production for such a small team has been amazing imo. We also have @SweetMonkeyLove who is a core team member who manages most of our social and articles. We also have added a new member to the team today!

SweetMonkeyLove: Hi everyone!

Admin James: Truly admirable, some teams consisting of 20 people but yield nothing / no results

Rich Stone: After a good run in Tron I later realized I wanted to make my own projects on Ethereum. What I viewed as a more popular and widely accepted platform.

Crypto Jay: There are a few things we could address next or if anyone has any other specific questions on backgrounds. If you would like to moderate we can blow through some questions or we can just ramble off some updates and things we are working on

Admin James: Awesome choice indeed, this brings me to my next question. The concept of RescueToken is one of the most unique niche in crypto which many others do not pursue. What brought your team together to form its vision?

Rich Stone:

Crypto Jay: As they became more popular I came up with the idea to do a donation to dog shelters . Rich and I randomly met and after discussing a dog token we decided let’s add our own twist and do exotic animals. So once we had that concept we started building partners and an Ecosystem as I like to call it. 😂 This included focusing heavy on NFTs with information from our partners and animal data.

Rich Stone: I had started a husky token idea actually and had told a few people. Before I deployed the contract, oddly enough the same day I launched someone else launched a husky token and was first to all the marketing spots so we quickly went back to the drawing board. After we realized everyone was putting out animal Tokens Jay ans I came to the idea that no one was really. Caring about the animals on the level of true notable donations, from this rescue was born.

Admin James: Yeah this something new in crypto. A token for a greater cause

Rich Stone: I think jay was all in the first hour we chatted so we kind of just progressed together to bring a animal rescue token light. I saw early that Jay had the same vision and we complimented each other’s work ethic so it was a naturally easy partnership

Crypto Jay: And we want it to be clear in our message. Yes of course we are looking to make this a functioning business but realistically we want a huge portion to go to donations. Especially with the amount of scams floating around. I would love to sit here and promise everyone this is the next 100000x
But realistically we are a solid team that’s doing some big donations already considering we have been live one week

Admin James: YAwesome, great that you guys met on the same vision. RSC is relatively new and has HUGE potential imo. Yeah for sure, its a sustainable business model especially if you market properly to the right audience.

Crypto Jay: We have a lot of stuff planed on the back end this is a very ambitious project so I think we have a very large potential audience

Rich Stone: Honestly I had come to eth from tron and had joined a token and was rugged immediately for more then I’m willing to post and from that point I decided not only will I learn to make my own projects but they would be honest and something different than the typical fruit fan and farming token.

Admin James: Yeah, its dangerous out there. Decentrality has its PROS & CONS. And great to have a you onboard on ETH as a DEV. We need more DEVS like you.

Admin James: Moving on. RescueToken is potentially disrupting donation drives by incorporating blockchain, NFTs and DeFi into the picture; potentially even pioneering such a method to donate to non profit organisations. What are your thoughts on this?

Crypto Jay: I think it’s a huge gap to fill I have recently looked at some competitors and I think we can provide much more value to the non profits . The rescues all survive on donations . And generally speaking they sell content to fund this. I think we can work with them and make awesome offerings for people to donate. We currently donate 50% of animal cards and as we release more the margin will increase . We have some NFTs with 75% donation on sale

Admin James: Currently, who are the competitors?

Crypto Jay: I looked at one example the giving block I believe it’s called

Rich Stone: I have not seen competition thus far in the way actually posting monthly donations to real partners

Admin James: That is a generous amount 😮. Probably keeps loose change under the table haha.

Rich Stone: I feel the amount can go higher as we work our business model more tightly but that is ,at minimum ,our goal

Crypto Jay: Now this company I believe takes 20% of the donation just for moving the money. But with no added value?

SweetMonkeyLove:

Admin James: These NFTs are tied to the specific elephant in protection?

Crypto Jay: Yes the elephant sanctuary TN. They are the most well know elephant sanctuary in the US and like our ape partner center for the great apes is highly accredited. I also have an LLC started and will have a Donation bank account set up here shortly.

Admin James: Fantastic news. By the way, congratulations on making your first donation to the Center For Great Apes! Will we be seeing more of such donations to other non profit organizations?

Rich Stone: Thank you it’s very exciting!

Admin James: Yeah, imagine when the press starts putting the spotlight on Rescue Token. It will be HUGE. Given that not many crypto publicly donates to these NPO

Crypto Jay: We do look for collaboration opportunities in the space so for example we did a NFT for Wolfy and did a 75% donation. $275 to Seacrest wolf preserve. Our partners saw the CNN story on apes . They are very excited and 100% approve of everything we are doing . We had a great phone call a few days ago. And the timing was amazing us launching before the craze

Rich Stone: I’d like to take this time to share that we have just been notified we Will be listed on Blockfolio shortly. A great App for crypto enthusiasts that I suggest highly! It’s a great step among many we are taking to spread our mission to become the first economy In crypto that cares and shares revenue as it grows!

SweetMonkeyLove: Here is a video of Jay making our first donation to The Center For Great Apes!

Admin James: It's a concept youd never go wrong. Be sure to watch the first donation given to the center for great apes! Alright, SUPERB progress you're making over at Rescue Token. I am very excited to be a part of your community. RSC is definitely a token that i will be supporting as a microcap. That's all from me, so now, before opening to the public. These are the 3 winners on the twitter campaign.

Rich Stone: I do want to make an open ended invite to all other animal tokens doing well in the space to consider really giving back to the animals! It’s feels right and you can know Rescue token is a true ally with that United goal to help!

Crypto Jay: And if you don’t donate come see us and we can make you a NFT and donate for you

Admin James: I'll be supporting RSC in the backend and hope that i can make a difference to these animals:D.

Admin James: Alright the first winner is from twitter handle @CalebKure. Many projects fail because they do not understand their target audience and their customer. And so I want to ask: Who is the most ideal customer for your product?

Crypto Jay: The great thing is just about everybody is our audience specifically..... We would have a huge social demographic using other sources of revenue like merchandising we can offer things to people off chain and become a company in both realms.

Rich Stone: Now that is a great question, because the token can make money for investors and it appeals to human nature’s impulse to embrace all creatures with empathy. In our case Rescue Token is actually bringing more people into crypto as they want to help the cause and they just seek to be willing to make the move into cryptocurrency to do something that a makes a Change. It’s like Jay and I say often, anyone can make a token and make money but the feeling of a unique idea and unity helping bring people together for a cause is life chaging.

Admin James: That's inspiring, especially coming from a more senior crypto user.

Admin James: The second winner is from twitter handle @Capt_Star1. What is your target market and how do you create awareness of your project? Who are the potential customers or clients that you focus on? And what is your marketing strategy or plan to attract more users globally?

Crypto Jay: Well I mentioned we are looking at merchandising. We currently have some test items in production. So that can help us break into the real world fund raising. Rich also have some major connections in the business world . He does have 20years experience in his trade... I also have some big potential connections , zoos, theme parks , specialty stores so the merchandising aspect can be big. This can cross over into NFT sales and ultimately we are going to have lots of offerings on multiple markets long term. Also, global we just hired a new team member . She is an artist , employed at an animal sanctuary in Spain. Is well know and has connections with all the big organizations. We have a meeting with pasa.org this week.

Admin James: This is HUGE

Crypto Jay: Really huge asset in collecting content from animal rescues

Rich Stone: With the Blockfolio listing and impending coingecko listing we will start a campaign of everything from telegram to Twitter to contests to an upcoming lotto nft we have been churning ideas for in the background!

Admin James: This is entity adoption before even any hype. Looking forward to it

Crypto Jay: Yes it would take a while to list of how ambitious this project is .

Admin James: haha for sure. Lots of potential. Alright 3rd and last Qn from the twitter campaign

Admin James: The Third winner is from twitter handle @Johnson9619. Amidst the high gas fees on eth, how are you going to promote the growth of your project? Are you looking to expand on bsc where fees are way cheaper?

Crypto Jay: We have discussed this multiple times. And the gas issue I believe is a temporary issue

Rich Stone: No bsc for us maybe on other projects but eth 2.0 for me is more real then copy pasting a centralized version of eth 1.0a

Crypto Jay: Eth has some huge updates coming April and from an partner stand point we need to be on a reputable blockchain. The words crypto scare partners . An Asian exchange is not a good image for them. Not to hate on binance. But they have some questionable tactics

Admin James: Yeah for sure, ETH has a better reputation, being adopted by institutions and other businesses.

Crypto Jay:  Binance is doing it’s thing but for me centralized is not crypto it’s a cash grab

Rich Stone: Yea for me bsc in my opinion will be like Tron when eth has layering and gas fees aren’t stacked to the highest bidder. We use a gas less rfi format so our users right now are gaining just by holding (no gas no cry)

Crypto Jay: Stake free staking haha

Admin James: Yes and gasless. Alright, i think theyve answered most of the questions but well open the community chat so if you have any questions feel free to do so!

Qn: Is RSC looking to expand their team and product line to create a similar ecosystem of decentralized donation drive? Perhaps tackling different types of non profit organisations, charity funds, and et

Crypto Jay: Yes ultimately we want multiple partners . We have our keystone partners but can offer NFT lines for individual partners .

Qn: I see in your website your project helping to rescue the animals,so where will you first implement your project,is it on africa where so many vulnerable animals and how your project help to reducing the amount of vulnerable animals

Crypto Jay: Or focus is on recuse animals so animals that can’t be introduced back into the wild . Most are roadside attractions , movie animals , and lab animals that have been saved . My family as I mentioned runs a rescue farm for pets and farm animals so this isn’t a new concept for me

Qn: Projects that are not traded on major exchanges remain unnoticed. What do you think about listing the token on the leading exchanges?

Crypto Jay: Ok three part question real quick. The new team member is Spain will help us break into Europe. We will expand further from there. Strongest advantages are connections and experience in the real world . We aren’t just some young crypto guys with mad coding skills and no vision. And uniswap is king when eth upgrades

Qn: What features/improvements are you planning to add to your products in the near future?

Crypto Jay: Staking , merchandise, expand of NFT store and partners , creative incentives for holding NFTs like our trading card game system . This will help ensure we are profitable and safe

Qn: Can you expand our knowledge about Your Roadmap this year and the future and any Updates on your Research and development progress?

Rich Stone: We are a public dev with real world partners , the message in our offering is clear that we don’t intend to pull rugs or damage our names by being a scam

Qn: What is the strongest advantage that you think will make this team lead the market? in contrast, what weaknesses do you have and how does the team plan to overcome them?

Rich Stone: We are a small team with not a lot of money so our projects start out small and speak for themselves, I think what we offer is rare in crypto an they is our strength, the fund we have to back it aren’t massive like a lot of tokens that have 15 partners and corporate backed but we will make it happen!

Qn: How important is the community to Your project? and how can we collaborate or help share token for the development of the project?

Crypto Jay: Ultimately we want as much community involvement as possible. I think us being active and creating good incentives is a great start. As far as road map we plan to create a huge ecosystem of NFT cards with multiple styles, partners and offerings. Also you can see some of our plans for merchandise and off chain offerings are a huge bonus.

Crypto Jay: Also I would like to add that I will be going live in the RSC voice chat after this if anyone has additional questions or would like more detail on anything.

Rich Stone: And check out what we feel is a gem of a website https://rescuetoken.net

SweetMonkeyLove: We have some great content that people can browse, here is our NFT medium article. At the bottom, you will find links to our socials, website, etc. https://greatapes.medium.com/rescue-token-is-building-an-amazing-nft-trading-card-game-7b3fdce2e790

And we have a YouTube video that Crypto Jay narrates, and gives you a deeper look into the NFT Hold To Play Trading Card Game.
