Bienvenidos mis ositos, tu siempre eres mis queridos! (Welcome back little bears you are always my dears!)
Rest In Piece to Lance Reddick
A great supporting cast elevates an already great movie experience.
They don’t make movies like John Wick anymore.
I just watched the fourth movie in the series and shed many a tear of joy.
It’s an amazing blend of east and western filmmaking techniques…
Publish0x Troll: Hey Granny I’m starving when are we…WHAT THE HELL PANDA! WHY ARE DANCING IN A LOINCLOTH ON THE DINNER TABLE!
Granny: Panda has to dance for his supper…
Publish0x Troll: But Aunt Mildred is coming any minute now!
Granny: Well, she’ll just have to wait her turn <enjoys cigarette>
Publish0x Troll: BUUUT GRAAAAANNY!
Granny: SHUSH TROLL! Go back to the basement or there will be no dinner for you either! Let Granny enjoy her Panda boy toy…
Panda & Publish0x Troll: <gulps nervously>
Publish0x Troll: Good luck with that Panda. How do you get yourself into these situations?!?
Panda: I’m multitasking here! I’m table dancing for a horny senior citizen, writing a movie review AND begging my wonderful subscribers for blog post tips.
Well frens, as you can see even going to the movies is a rare treat.
So I need to make it count!
What better way to destress from real life problems than to watch a cinematic masterpiece like John Wick 4. It was over two and half hours but it didn’t FEEL like a two and half hour flick.
It’s got everything I want:
Creative and high bodycounts!
Gun-fu!
“Old” timers like Scott Adkins, Hiroyuki Sanada, and Donnie Yen, getting the spotlight!
Even a post credit scene!
Back in the real world
Crypto is trying to escape the contract hit put out by the TradFi High Table.
Operation Chokepoint is in full effect!
The entire crypto industry has been deemed excommunicado by certain US government paper shufflers.
Bitcoin doesn’t seem to care though. As I write this Bitcoin looks set to reclaim the $30,000 level.
We need to call in favors from old friends (and new).
Coinbase may be CeFi and Fidelity might be TradFi but they look ready for a scrap.
Surprisingly there are some US states and politicians that are also willing to be crypto allies.
I suppose we have to grease some palms and contribute to some campaign fundraisers. But that is probably a story for another time.
It’s a contrast of the old ways vs new ideas.
People in the crypto industry are licking their wounds and trying to retire in peace.
Some are sick and tired of bailing out crappy banks.
It’s time for us to summon our inner John Wick and put on crypto versions of bullet proof suits and stock up on armor piercing rounds.
Who will win in this high stakes battle?
Our freedom depends on it.
Obviously none of this is formal financial or tax advice. You need to find qualified professionals in your jurisdiction.
Be sharp, stay hungry let’s get that money!
