Strategy Inc. announced on December 8, 2025, that it purchased 10,624 bitcoin for $962.7 million between December 1–7 at an average price of $90,615.

The purchases were funded through the company’s at-the-market (ATM) share sales. During the same period, Strategy sold 442,536 STRD shares, generating $34.9 million in net proceeds, and sold 5,127,684 MSTR shares for $928.1 million in net proceeds.

As of December 7, 2025, the company holds 660,624 bitcoin acquired for a total of $49.35 billion, with an average purchase price of $74,696 including fees.

Strategy still has several securities available for issuance under its ATM program, including $1.64B in STRF, $4.04B in STRC, $20.34B in STRK, and $13.45B in MSTR stock.

This comes after the FUD that Saylor will go bankrupt and he will have to sell $BTC to cover his loans. 

Saylor just killed the FUD with a single move.

Strategy could have 700,000 BTC by the end of the year if demand for MSTR is high enough and we stay above 1.0 mNAV. 

At some point the market has to recognize what is happening in front of its face. 

Strategy is vacuuming up five figures of Bitcoin per week while maintaining mNAV support and attracting fresh capital. 

If demand for the equity stays healthy, the accumulation curve becomes almost absurd in scale.

He is one of the few CEOs who actually understands how to use the capital markets instead of being used by them. 

He stabilizes the dollar side of the balance sheet, then converts fresh equity into an appreciating reserve asset without diluting the core thesis. 

Each raise strengthens liquidity, extends runway, and increases hard collateral. 

It's balance-sheet engineering aligned with a monetary transformation, and most people still underestimate how intentional it all is.
