Here’s the XRP Price Wall Street Expects in 2026

Wall Street analysts are becoming increasingly optimistic about XRP’s outlook for 2026, with several forecasts pointing to strong upside potential. Standard Chartered Bank analyst Geoffrey Kendrick believes XRP could climb as high as $8 by the end of the year, representing a gain of over 300% from its current price near $1.90. This bullish view is fueled by major developments, including the SEC dropping its appeal against Ripple and growing expectations around spot XRP ETF approvals. As regulatory clarity improves and institutional interest rises, analysts see a wide range of possible outcomes. Current Wall Street price targets for XRP stretch from around $2 to as high as $8.60, with Standard Chartered standing out as one of the most optimistic voices on the cross-border payments token.

Geoffrey Kendrick of Standard Chartered Bank has become one of the strongest bulls on XRP’s 2026 outlook, with his $8 price target drawing widespread attention across financial markets. His projection is grounded in key market factors, including clearer crypto regulations and the recent approval of spot XRP ETFs, developments that are expected to accelerate institutional adoption.

Meanwhile, a Monte Carlo simulation examining 10,000 possible price scenarios suggests a 60% chance that XRP will trade between $1.04 and $3.40 by December 2026, with a median price of around $1.88 at the time of writing. More cautious estimates place XRP’s bullish range between $2 and $5, reflecting a mix of mainstream analytical views, while aggressive forecasts stretch as high as $5 to $15.

While these tailwinds could push XRP higher, some observers believe the most optimistic projections may be overstated. XRP is still down about 7% year to date, even as the Trump administration has shown support for the broader crypto industry. As a result, several analysts see a more realistic 2026 target closer to $3, which would still represent roughly 58% upside from current levels.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently made headlines by predicting the XRP blockchain would capture 14% of SWIFT’s payment volume within five years, which is equivalent to over $20 trillion in transactions. This projection underpins some of the most aggressive XRP price prediction 2026 scenarios and also supports the broader bull case for XRP among institutional adoption.
