AutonoMe Foundation is preparing to open Phase 2 of the Genesis program. Phase 1 closed out with strong interest and more importantly, clean records. Every allocation and contribution was captured in verifiable snapshots so that early participation is not a matter of memory, but of evidence. The path from Phase 1 to Phase 2 is therefore not just a continuation. It is our opportunity to make the principle behind this launch unmistakably clear: trust must be delivered, not merely declared.
From Phase 1 to Phase 2
Phase 1 was intentionally small, and priced to honor those who supported before the spotlight. They truly gave us our much needed signal to continue at the beginning. Phase 2 widens the aperture but with same guardrails such as transparent rules, published parameters, and clear timelines. Where Phase 1 rewarded belief, Phase 2 invites more builders and long-term participants to step in under the same covenant of fairness.
For clarity, the subscription prices across the three phases are fixed as follows:
- Phase 1: $0.06 (completed)
- Phase 2: $0.08 (up next)
- Phase 3: $0.12 (final phase)
The $NUBI token has a total supply of 1,000,000,000, and the Genesis subscriptions are structured within that cap. These are not moving targets; they are commitments made ahead of time for progressive planning.
Why a Buyback—and Why Now
If Phase 1 was a statement of intent, Phase 2 is the bridge to a stronger guarantee. At the conclusion of the Genesis program (after Phase 3), AutonoMe Foundation will execute a fixed-price buyback at $0.20 per $NUBI, the Phase 3 floor. We call this the trust convertor: it converts time and early conviction into an explicit option with intrinsic value.
A buyback at a predetermined price is not for marketing, but alignment:
- It anchors expectations around program completion rather than day-to-day volatility.
- It rewards duration, not noise. Those who journey through the phases receive a clear exit option.
- It reduces information asymmetry by replacing speculation with an on-chain, rule-based commitment.
This buyback will be executed after Phase 3 concludes, in a defined window that will be announced in advance with full operating instructions. The Foundation will conduct the buyback from its own reserves and will publish the settlement mechanics, addresses, and verification steps before execution. (Treasury handling of the repurchased tokens will be disclosed at that time according to the Foundation’s policy.)
What matters now is the promise we can make today and keep tomorrow: $0.20 fixed buyback after the program concludes.
How Phase 2 Fits
Phase 2 is designed to welcome a broader circle while staying true to the design philosophy of the Genesis program:
- Predictable pricing: $0.08 per $NUBI for this phase, declared in advance.
- Transparent records: all subscriptions and contributor snapshots preserved for later reward mapping.
- No surprises: timelines, caps, and eligibility criteria will be published ahead of the opening.
In other words, Phase 2 scales participation without diluting principles. The same covenant applies to every participant: rules first, code next, then capital.
What the Buyback Is Not Allowed
Clarity also means placing boundaries around interpretation:
- The buyback is not a yield promise, profit guarantee, or price guidance for secondary markets.
- It is not a standing market-making commitment and not a continuous facility. It is a post-program event with a published window.
- It does not imply legal, financial, or operational subordination between AutonoMe Foundation and NuDEX. The Genesis subscriptions and the buyback are independent actions of AutonoMe Foundation.
- Participation remains voluntary. Every participant should perform their own assessment and understand timing, liquidity, and execution risks.
Governance, Transparency, and Safety
We will continue to publish the details that matter: program calendars, addresses, and signed messages from verifiable channels. Impersonation and phishing incidents remain a real threat in this industry; please rely only on official domains and announcements from the Foundation’s verified accounts. If in doubt, wait and verify, trust is better slow than wrong.
Looking Ahead
If Phase 1 was the first stone, Phase 2 is the laying of the path. The pricing ladder—$0.06 → $0.08 → $0.12—sets direction; the $0.20 buyback after Phase 3 sets a floor under that direction; the public timelines set expectations. Together they form a simple promise: we will make trust legible.
The market will have its cycles and its noise. Our task is quieter and more durable: define the rules, keep the records, meet the deadlines, and close the loop with actions that outlast the headline. That is what the Genesis program is for, and why Phase 2 matters.
As Phase 2 opens soon, it invites the next wave under the same contract of clarity. Bringing you patience, not panic or fear. We will meet you with the same in return.
