NEO's first Interoperable Defi Protocol goes live

The first of a kind interoperable Full-stack Defi protocol Flamingo built on top of NEO blockchain went live. Flamingo consists of five components i.e. Wrapper - a cross chain wrapping software, Swap - liquidity provider software, Vault - asset manager, Perp - Automatic Market Maker and DAO - Decentralized governance organization. Flamingo has a native governance token FLM which is 100% distributed to the community.

The Flamingo project is incubated by Neo Global Development team. The main purpose of Flamingo is to provide Defi infrastructure to the NEO ecosystem and promote Defi activities in the NEO blockchain. NEO's Flamingo aims to compete with the Ethereum based Defi projects and flaunts lower gas fees.
