Yes, heavenly! Imagine all the buttery, savory, creamy, sweet, and crunchy taste mixing and melting altogether in your mouth. Added with the sensual taste of chocolate and the Anandamide, Phenylethylamine, Tryptophan contents that you will get from the combination of Chocolate chips and Nutella, plus, a very tantalizing aroma when you just take it out from the oven. It will definitely give you an instant feeling happiness.
This happiness boost will make you feel blessed, make you feel happy, makes you feel good, and it boost your energy.
And as I stated before, this recipe is a not time and energy consuming, it only needs some minutes to make it. so Quick!
You don't need any fancy, sophisticated equipment nor advanced kitchen skills too. This is a simple treat you can make only with your clean bowl, spoon, spatula, whisk, or even bare hands (lol, but seriously). No mixer at all!
And now, let's we make it together!.
1. The first thing you need to do is preparing the ingredients (I put it bellow the article), a bowl, a whisk, a spatula, a pan, and parchment paper.
2. Then, put the butter in the bowl. (Here, I used a room temperature salted butter. Unsalted butter is preferable but when i made this recipe, I din't have it at home! 😅)
You can control the salt level in your cookies with using unsalted butter.
Make sure your room temperatured butter is soft and nice, not melty.
3. Then, add white and brown/palm sugar. Mix it together with a whisk.
4. After they get mixed well, add the egg and Vanilla paste, mix again.
5. Next, add the flour and baking soda, mix it with spatula. Then add the choco chips, mix it again.
6. Store the dough in the the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (you can skip this).
7. While waiting for the dough, Prepare the pan. Grease the pan with margarine and line it with parchment paper.
8. After that, Put half of the dough into the pan, smooth and press it.
9. Then add Nutella on it. Spread evenly.
10. Store in the refrigerator for other 30 minutes to make the nutella sets (you can skip this).
11. After that, cover the top with the rest of the dough.
12. Bake at 160' C for 20 minutes or until golden on top.
13. Leave it cool completely before cutting into small squares to serve.

• 80 grams butter
• 50 grams white sugar
• 50 gr brown sugar / palm sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla paste
• 160 grams plain flour (all purpose)
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 100 gr chocolate chips
• Nutella for filling
