There was an interesting message to this episode because even though Jack was committing fraud on an insane level and he even turned into a Ponzi scheme to pay off everyone he had wronged and he and Sherrily will escape without any consequences, it seems that he deeply does believe that if he is able to gather the financing and money for this bright side Moon Colony that he will actually begin to build this. This reflects the theme of dreams in the series. This is because all of the characters are striving to achieve their own personal dreams, regardless if they may not be entirely realistic.
