EXMO was hacked on December 21 and lost approximately 5% of total assets. Hot Wallet holders were the easy targets. BTC, ZEC, USDT, XRP, ETC and ETH were withdrawn to personal addresses of the Hackers. EXMO has informed other exchanges of the situation in order to prevent more hacks.

On December 26 EXMO has resume deposits and withdrawals. Anyone with a account will have to generate new Wallet Addresses. Old addresses will not be credited. 

Stay Safe. Stay off Hot Wallets as much as possible or try not to keep large amounts in them. Hacking tools are becoming easily available and are still available at this moment. Anybody's grandma can make a attempt at the very least using these tools.
