I'f you read any of my Brave posts you'll see I've had a little trouble with the payment system.  I know, plenty of Brave fanboys out there that don't like to see negative posts about their beloved software.  I love this browser and the idea of taking back your privacy rights, even like the whole idea of rewarding you for seeing ads, I only complain to help it improve, not to bitch just because I can.  Even the human side of a project needs to improve, the human side is letting down the browser at present or the A.I is a bit shit, not sure yet who or what I'm dealing with, feels more A.I than human or is it the humans are more like A.I...wow, ok not going there lol.

This month I really thought it would be smooth, it nearly was, I got paid out for 2 of the 3 browsers and my creators rewards. So I posted on the reddit and DM'd CryptoJennie my Brave internals for the browser that didn't pay and still holds the 150 BAT she sent me for Aprils rewards, there was also 50+ for Mays ads, have no idea where they went.  Anyway, she replied telling me I'll have to wait till v1.11  I'm sure that is the release version of the mobile browser.  Now I'm left confused to why I need to wait for a mobile release for a PC browser issue. 

I know the BAT is there because I tipped a friend and he confirmed he'd received the tip as you can see in this image.

The frustration isn't helped with the time-zones, being in the UK means the only time support is online is 18:00 GMT I normally have to wait till the next day to see if I get any replies, if Brave wants to take on the likes of google they need to sort the lack of support for the other half of the world.

I know most will ignore this post and thumb it down because it portrays Brave in a negative light, they can do that themselves, I just want to help fix issues I come across to make for a better experience for people that are not tech savvy or hard in to crypto.  I feel as if I'm banging my head against a wall when having dealings with Braves support so imagine a none techie person dealing with this. 

I highly recommend Brave on it's merits for privacy and even if the reward system isn't perfect at least they are trying, I know their support is trying  😉 You should also check out Presearch another privacy focused search engine, they do not collect you data like google does, it's a chrome extension and complements Brave perfectly.

Just remember we are all human, doesn't matter what colour your skin or nationality is, we are all human, one species with a variety of colour, with some good and bad in all, we are not perfect, we're flawed but their is one thing we should never stop doing, that's to keep asking, Why?
