Beets - Powdered

I used a mandolin slicer to quickly cut up the beetroot, I used the golden beetroot for the powder. The slices don't need to be perfect because they will be blitzed up once dry. If you're making crisps for eating, you might want to be more careful and precise to get nice, even thin slices. I made crisps with beetroot not long ago, and they were not my kind of thing.

Line the dehydrator trays with the slices, I don't think it matters if the beets touch or overlap a bit cause they shrink a lot.

I filled the dehydrator and had beets left over, I had to wait for this batch to fully dry and then did the rest.

They shrink a lot.

I used a nutri bullet, I filled the small cup.

I used the milling head, I don't know if it makes a difference.

Blitz all the dried beets to a fine powder.

Be careful when you open after blitzing, there is usually a cloud of nasty smell.

I'm afraid I didn't let it dry for long enough, those clumps make me think there was a slight bit of moisture in there when I blitzed, I hope it works out okay.
