As part of the SANDBOX Public Land Sale Wave #2, a total of 13 Lands were auctioned off in Opensea.io:

• 10 ESTATES M (6x6)
• 2 ESTATES L (12x12)
• 1 ESTATE XL (24 x 24)

The battle for the largest piece of Land in auction was intense. In the end, VirtualBacon won the auction with a winning bid of 1,224,999.8775 $SAND (~ $307,000!). This is the only XL sized Estate up for auction this round. This XL Estate (24 x 24) is made up of 576 Lands in total and located at (-204,-60) in The Sandbox Metaverse.

Of all the auctioned Estates, only one has been listed for sale by the winner. CryptoWojak who won the (-180,-114) piece of M Estate has listed it for sale at a price of 166,000 $SAND.

To give you a perspective on the prices of these Estates, the selling price of an M Estate during the Presale 4.3 was 29,495 $SAND.

There is no indication that the Sandbox Land price is coming down anytime. Instead, it has steadily increased over the months. Those who bought Lands during the Presales 4.3 are already looking at a 10x increase in their land value.
