As an affiliate marketer, I have one aim, earn some money and then cashout to receive my earnings.
A fair few of my affiliations are cryptocurrency based, and that means a couple of extra steps, after cashing out to my crypto wallets, I need to convert into my local currency then send to my bank.
But, my wallets have other options... the buying, the selling and the trading of cryptocurrency - and this is something I tend to avoid.
Now I know, if I bought 1 Bitcoin about a month ago, I'd be about $25k-$30k better off right now but, of course, it could have gone the other way too, which is the bit I want to actually avoid.
I hear stories of people buying and selling all the time to earn a great return, I also hear stories of people trading and earning a fortune when it wins. But, of course, I also hear stories of great losses!
So, for me, buying, selling and trading is a no go!
I don't mind staking, but even that can lead to a loss if the coin value drops enough.
Therefore, it has to be just the earning in my book, even if I am missing out on 40%-50% profit each time the coins have a rally!
I'll end by saying fair play to the successful buyers/sellers and traders... but it's not for me!
