Yolunuz Samsun’a düşerse gezmeniz gereken mekanlardan biri. Türkiye’de az sayıda bulunan su basar ormanlarındandır kendileri :) “Su basar ormanı” da nedir diyenlere ufak bir açıklama : Toprağın sığ bir suyla örtülü olduğu ormanlık alanlardır.
Oldukça büyük olan bu ormanı(22 hektar), gezmek kolay olmayacaktır. Bu alanda uzun yürüyüş yolu, mini hayvanat bahçesi, tenis kortları, kafeteryalar, oturma ve dinlenme yerleri, basketbol ve voleybol sahaları, otopark, piknik alanları bulunuyor.
Ayrıca doğa fotoğrafı çekmek isteyenler için dört mevsim eşsiz güzellikler sunuyor. Huzur bulup keyifli vakitler geçirebileceğiniz hoş bir mekan. Tavsiye ederim.

If you go to Samsun, there is the place that you should visit.
There are few forests that names are “Freshwater swamp forests”. Well, What is “Freshwater swamp forests”? I explain. The Forests which are inundated with freshwater, either permanently or seasonally.
The Forest, Çakırlar Korusu is quite big (22 hectares) so that you can’t go around all of it easily. It has long walk way, mini zoo, tennis courts, coffee shops, places that are used to sit or rest, basketball and volleyball courts, parking areas, picnic area…
Also i should say that if you want to take a photo, it has incredible beauty for four seasons. If you want to be tranquil and spend cheerful time you should go there. I recommend it.
