They finally did it!

I was so proud when I first saw this, it was like all that waiting and believing was worth it and now finally paid off. Frequent readers will know I often rant about how useful blockchain can be in the world of supply chain/logistics, and how every time there actually is an interesting new development in this exact field, known crypto projects are either left out and the relevant companies create their own system, or the crypto team radically changes the fundamental of its token and leaves its hodlers out. But not anymore!

Trac (Origin Trail) has done it. They managed to team up and verify to customers that "animal friendly and antibiotic free" meat is indeed as the package claims it is. I know a Slovenian crypto project that teamed up with a Slovenian poultry company is a very local and a rather small step, but it's nevertheless a step. A first step as I see it and again somewhat proof that when it comes to a lot of altcoins, we might be have been even earlier than we thought.

So it didn't literally 'pay off' since the Trac price is still somewhat on the average side these days, but in all honesty price does not matter to me. Well, maybe it does but this is the type of stuff that really matters IMO. Actual real world use of blockchain which actually benefits us all. We're not there yet, but we're so close I can feel it. Just a little bit longer and gone are the days greedy filth could simply put a label on the package and claim their meat was "free range/animal friendly" while they had two dozen animals they never let outside and kept trapped in tiny cages that were actually built for 10. Gone are the days of inhumane and savage slaughtering practices that just keep repeating even after they come to light and shock even the most careless meat eater. Gone are the days of fake advertising and deceptive claims regarding companies and projects that say all the right things to emotionally manipulate you just to maximize their own profits.

I admit I was starting to get a bit worried, until now all they did with this technology was make sure their overpriced child/slave labour made junk clothing and accessories were not counterfeited. And before that we had the Shipchain debacle;

Which in hindsight may have given in to the SEC wayyyy too soon with all the recent defeats they suffered. And of course my old nemesis CargoX. All of which were sort of the exact opposite of what I imagined when I started investing in this particular crypto field, but alas here it is and it's actually in a crypto that's in my portfolio no less. I'm genuinely so proud to be apart of this it's unreal.☺️

Things are almost never as they seem. If you sincerely think that world powers would spend their money and resources in order to just "help" citizens from foreign nations, you might want to ask yourself why they've been neglecting and out right murdering their own citizens for decades. What are their true motives for wanting to fund foreign (terror) groups, start global confrontations and wars? I'll let you in on a little secret; It has NOTHING to do with "human rights" nor "democracy".
