OK so from some obscure and till now 100% unknown corner, the number '5 billion Dollars' was apparently mentioned as one can also quickly conclude from listening to this interview, which is the main source of all these news articles you see popping up now:

So is any of this true or not, is Trump the bigger dirtbag or Biden, vote this or that, who cares, that's not the angle I'm going for here. No no, because even tough this story and its timing is sus as hell, I'm interested in this piece right here where a Jerusalem Post reporter makes this story to be about the 2020 elections and concludes that Trump himself said the price would be 5 billion Dollars.
