Holy flaking shift, I am so done with this. I'm so done with filthy selfish elitist corrupt scummy politicians making us, the people live in misery and expect us to "just get by" with the high energy prices, high food prices, increasing rent/mortgages/interest rates, high taxes, high fines/penalties for even minor traffic violations, all because they, THEY created the circumstances where they need more money and thus made live unaffordable for the MAJORITY of us by imposing these boomerang sanctions on other countries. But when it comes themselves, when it comes to irrelevant, unnecessary and even inhumane things the MINORITY needs and desires, make exceptions and lift those very same sanctions:

According to the European Commission, the exception is necessary because Russia dominates the global trade in sable fur and European producers therefore have few alternative suppliers....This exception is difficult to understand. Sable fur is not an essential raw material and no one depends on it for food, health or other basic needs. It is an extremely luxury product: coats made of Russian sable fur can cost tens of thousands to even hundreds of thousands of euros. A product that no one needs, but which hides a lot of animal suffering"

This was the one sanction I actually supported. No normal sane person buys fur. As a matter of fact, the research indicates that it's a slim minority who buys this type of fur used in expensive/luxury products. This is not a necessity. NO FOOKIN BODY needs fur to pay the rent, fuel their car or to buy food with. This is an outrage, this is the rich making exception for themselves while forcing the rest to live in absolute misery.

I remember this guy 4 years ago in the EU who was fined like 200K and even sentenced to some time in prison, or maybe it was a suspended sentence I forgot, but you know for what? For trading laptops and other computer parts with Russia. But this, revolting inhumane fur trade, that is OK with them right? That is a necessity the people can't do without. Lowering gas or energy prices that's what the rich and powerful want, the people want fur they can't even afford. GTMFOH!
