Payment with crypto-currency
Some customers are looking forward to paying with Bitcoin. Then, Elon Musk decided to solve these problems by throwing pebbles in the pond. Indeed, on Wednesday March 24, the CEO of Tesla announced that it will soon be possible to use Bitcoin to pay for his car. Obviously, this announcement made people happy!
Currently, only American customers can get privileges. The announcement came a few weeks after Tesla announced that it had purchased $1.5 billion in Bitcoin. This payment method seems to be the way of the future and should soon be used by customers all over the world.
Major changes
Elon Musk has clarified that Bitcoin will not be converted into US dollars, but will remain so. We learned that for Tesla Model S Long Range, its price is 1.42 BTC. But please note that fluctuations occur almost every day, which obviously leads to changes in car prices. But for Elon Musk, who did not even address the topic, this small change does not seem to be a problem.
Crypto-currency seems to be revolutionizing the financial world and Bitcoin has only really taken off recently. By accepting Bitcoin payments for cars, Tesla has taken a real step forward, showing that the company is ahead of its time. It's unclear when it will be possible to pay Tesla with Bitcoin, but it won't be too long.
