It's been an incredible few days for me in Splinterlands! Achieving many victories and reaching levels I had never reached or thought of reaching, this season and the new expansion have changed the way I think and see Splinterlands, which made me understand that you have to take big risks to win big.
Of course, none of this came from me alone. A great friend and practically a teacher to me in this new era of Splinterlands, @coyotelation has been giving me valuable tips on how to proceed to try to earn much more SPS, making it spin, unstaking, transforming it into DEC and thus renting it to play competitively.
In this way, renting many cards, mainly of the fire and death elements, in addition to some maximum level legendary summoners (something I have never done before), I managed to reach diamond 1, where the challenge is enormous, but the gain is also crazy!

I never imagined spending more than 3k DEC per day on rentals, if I'm not mistaken, the image above shows the total DEC I've been spending per day to keep such powerful cards in use! But I'm loving it! It's amazing to combine gold and black cards and thus earn a lot of SPS per victory in matches!
With an average of between 14 and 18 SPS per victory, making 200 or more SPS per day has become quite easy, if we can say so. Below is my current record, in a battle in which I used 4 BF and 2 GF, totaling a surreal value for me of 22,143 SPS! It may seem very little for the big players, but for me this is sensational. For someone who was used to 5 or 6 SPS per victory, these values are an insane joy for me!

The battle that resulted in this record SPS gain can be seen in the link below:

Well, with all that, yesterday I managed to claim 406 SPS. On Thursday I got about 50 to 70 SPS, I don't remember exactly, so this way, yesterday alone I got something around 350 SPS. These numbers are surprising because I've never invested heavily in Splinterlands, I only did the basics and now I want to take a little more risk, try to do something more to reach new heights.

I'm really excited about the game and, as the rental value goes down (I hope so), I believe the return will be much more advantageous, since naturally the total DEC invested will decrease, less SPS will be needed to exchange for DEC and thus maintain the same ones.
The strategy that Coyotelation gave me was basically to unstake the SPS, exchange part of these payments for DEC and then use it to rent the cards. In addition, he gave me many tips on which cards to use and their positioning, which directly influences the battle, and learning this helps to improve my win rate.

Of this amount, it is better to try to save a little, for example, 4360 SPS is being paid, the right thing to do is to try to spend as little as possible, so that this SPS lasts for 2 or 3 seasons. Of course, there are many factors, such as the value of the SPS and the value of the rentals. From some of these SPS, I try to save some, make a reserve so I can use it for something else, such as buying cards, packs or even Hive to increase HP.
Another detail is that I am renting an average of 180k of SPS to close 200k and thus have an even greater boost in my SPS gain per game. It is all a big challenge, but I am sure that I am achieving good results, in addition to being able to generate content about Splinterlands again, get closer to my friends who play and really have fun! The battles have been a strong point, each one feels like a World Cup final, so I always try to think of the best possible team for each one!
That's it for today, my friends, I am excited again, let's go up and win lots of SPSs! A big hug!
