People don't believe in Post To Earn?

If there's one thing involved with cryptocurrencies that has always left me thinking, it's how people prefer to continue sharing their things, whether it's their routine as a simple person or extremely elaborate content from an influencer, on web2 social networks. Of course, for those who have already managed to overcome the division lines that cut off their channel or profile from being monetized, continuing on web2 is more attractive, but for those who are still struggling to achieve this, wouldn't it be better to join web3 once and for all?

My biggest experiences with Post2Earn are with Hive Blockchain and Publish0x. I believe that we have more social networks that allow users to post and be rewarded in some way, since those who move these networks, whether for reading or payments, are the users themselves. On Hive, each user can help compound the value of posts with their $HIVE token stake, while on Publish0x, users give small direct tips with a daily limit and without the need for a staked token.

So, what I think is that, for me, monetizing traditional social networks is an almost impossible mission, because there are several factors, such as time (I have a job where I spend 8 hours a day), competition, metrics that are often absurd and not to mention the rotten fingers of bigtechs that don't really like the subject of crypto or that can ban and disrupt your income whenever and however they want, giving you a real fuck-up.

I see many challenges for the mass adoption of web3, but I cannot understand how people prefer to post a photo or an article on some social network that only generates likes and no financial return, rather than posting on one of the Post2Earn options available. Isso me leva à loucura do pensamento, porque se faço uma coisa no Instagram ou Facebook e faço a mesma coisa na Hive e isso me gera algo, nem que seja um centavo, caramba, já ganhei algo, não? Better a penny in your wallet than nothing, right?

This really is complex. Perhaps the biggest thing is the way we do it on these sites, the frontend needs to be simpler, calmer so that laypeople can work and gradually understand how private keys, stakes, values, withdrawals, cryptos, etc. work. All these terms scare people, maybe that's it. It could also be the fear that everyone who doesn't make a living from crypto puts in people, after all, crypto is also synonymous with freedom and we know that a free people always scares governments and their derivatives.

Finally, how can we overcome these challenges? What would be the best process to achieve this? I'm thinking about this, we have a lot of things that pay you to post, to interact and engage, but even so, it's better to post a photo on Instagram that will only give numbers to your ego or share an article on the almost dead Facebook, than to post on Hive and earn something that you can withdraw and use later. Why? Why is it so difficult to bring people to the Post to Earn model?
