PSA - Upland FSA price is 14 UPX per m2

This is not a real blog more a helpful hint because I could not find it anywhere. The price per m2 for FSA property is 14 UPX, size does not seem to matter.

Hopefully this helps when considering buying a FSA vs. a property on the market (might also help with budgeting)
