TLDR: It's funny, crypto is all illegal in China, yet China holds #2 hashrates and top five HODLR status. And now Hong Kong is part of China!! So let's stack the hypocrisy to a HILARIOUS level- China wants fiat power absolute, but ya they want some of that sweet crypto tax base rev as well AH HA HA HA HA!!
CZ is hiring in HK!! Justin Son, not to be outdone, says Huboi is going from 70 to 200 in HK!! AH HA HA HA HA that means his whole spiel about moving to the islands was a FEINT!! Well played sir!! TLDR: 2-3 years ago, Binance did 20% of vol from the USA! Since then, they have hired zillions of compliance dollars. Now, it's funny, in a coordinated week of attacks following the White House smear on crypto, the CFTC decides to sue!! Disappointing and surprising, says CZ. Somehow the Feds had copies of chat room details ( 600 barely buys an AK-47!! Funny, in the early eighties you could get the chinese made AK-47's in a case with grease for 125$$!!! )
CZ tweets 4, which the FT says means ignore fake news and attacks. The FT then goes copypasta - Bizlato once sold crypto on Binance!! The SEC is slow rolling Binance taking over Voyager!!
The REAL story - humorous that the CFTC moves NOW!! NOT in the FT ( of course) 4 is #4 of four!! 
TLDR: and #2 is compliance.
Not in the FT, CZ blasts back publicly!! Binance has MORE LICENSES than any other exchange. Binance has the BEST AML tech in the world, and is the best of breed on compliance and transparency in cooperating with legal officials!!
The verdict: "4" is a dumb thing to tweet, looks gangster and 4 has a bad vibe for Chinese, it's a homonym for death, the Wyn hotel has no rooms numbered forty, the elevator skips from 39 to 50, it's funny!! But on the whole, hard to argue with CZ's position. Two FU's to the FT for the usual spin, hack & copypasta!!!!
