Crypto in today's pink lady -what do we get?  Crypto that won't say crypto - tradfi FIat war machine funnies update!!  Lookie, two short men in front of a very large gun on wheels.  Is someone compensating for something??? TLDR: A comedian and a hedgie.  Isn't it all great?  Britain is unloading some Challenger tanks so they can print fiat to make MOAR.  Plus it looks like the west IS gonna give fighter jets ! Y'know, 40 year old ones, so the arms merchants can make MOAR MOR MORE!!!

Tradfi corruption update:  keep it all in perspective when the media hyperventilates over minor crypto eff-ups- Trafigura just lost over a half billion buying nickel that turned out not to be nickel. 

Crypto that SAYS crypto?? Nada in the print edition.  Oh, an article about Robin Hood trying to buy back Sammy's chunk of stock promised to four different people but Sammy still thinks HE owns it.  And an article about how Gen Z wants custom finances, e.g. a preset limit on how much they spend on coffee per week, & they like crypto cuz it is custom. But that's IT!! 

Online we get three stories, only one with content.  Here's the news we all know: TLDR: we return to the very dark BTC and ominous black background of the traditional FT choice of crypto graphics. As it turns out, if you want to sell something with a fixed rate of return, you have to file an effton of documents.  Coinbase says this is a "terrible" path for the US to go down.  Kraken neither admitted nor denied, made 150MM and paid a fine of 30, & will continue outside the US, so not the end the world.   

The REAL story:  there is no way the SEC can stop staking, but they can drive it offshore.  The sad truth is that even when asked over & over & over the SEC would NOT tell ANYONE what they had to do to come thru the front door for staking.  They only nailed the back door shut.  Pretty sure that actual direct staking with ETH is still legal, cuz no one promises chit. 

Continuing with the crypto black background (except for Binance, who WANTS it ar ar ar) we have a rehash of FTX celeb investments.  No new news, other than that celebs and their agents were allowed to invest less than the usual minimums.  But the big funny?  In a first, the ENTIRE FREAKING ARTICLE has a doom filled black background!!! Yes really!!! TLDR: c'mon that's not even subliminal, just plain old biased.  But FUNNY!!!  Remember above, Tradfi lost 500MM in bogus nickel shipments?? the grand total of all the FTX celeb and agents is under one fifth of that, under 100 mm.  It's kinda funny, at the peak Tom Brady was in for 50mm and Giselle was in for 30 mm.  One agency held 2MM of  FTX at the peak, all the rest were 300K or smaller, who gives a flying chit?? 

PVM was right, the FT likee FTX too much.  Proving this, the final online article is a SEVEN CHAPTER bloated blow by blow rehash of meaningless details of the fall of FTX.  Jeez, many at the FT must have lost $$$ in FTX ah HA HA HA HA HATLDR: we get a low effort graphic, where the same tweet is repeated by a bored graphic artist who just does not care.  Along with emoji's certainly never used along with these tweets!! 

We rehash details like the loss of rental cars.  The FTX employees divided into the "adults" in NYC advocating quickly going into bankruptcy, versus the "kids" in the Bahamas trying to fund raise or just quitting.   

The REAL story: The overwrought article is trying to justify the expense account of a reporter visiting Sammy under house arrest.  Is this not more jury tampering??  Is Sammy not under an NDA or court order to STFU by now??

Trudging thru the article, we hit one funny.  Member how the CLO Ryne of FTX came from the S&C law firm, and how when S&C got the bankruptcy lawyer gig, S&C argued that they had nothing to do with the CLO?  And the judge AGREED???  Well that's a big fat funny lie!!! It's VERY funny, at one point Ryne shouted "I'm in charge now!!!"  Then the one thing he did was to rip off another 4 million from FTX clients to wire to S&C LMFAO!!!!! 

After "effing right now" demanding to know if FTX USA was really separate and solvent, and being told yes, Ryne then forced Sammy to sign the papers to put FTX USA into bankruptcy, which Sammy did at 4AM.  

Hilarious, no doubt Ryne and his S&C pals are smoking fat cigars!  Drinking Chateau Lafite !!  And laughing their fool asses off over how the head lawyer Ray is now punching down $5,000 per HOUR for twelve hour days!! while leading a flying monkee pack of lesser stars still getting over 2,000 per hour!!!  

OK fearless crypto pioneers, we gotta crash.  Take care of yourselves and keep on keeping on, it's really important, don't worry about a thing long term.  Just remember a BTC wallet with 400 BTC bought at eight cents each just moved last week!! AH HA HA HA HA!!! Be that guy in 2037!!!

PS Fear ar ar ar !!! . It's a belly laugh! For years we thought the song "let's have a war" was by the dead kennedys.  Probably because it was SO FREAKING 1234 FAST!!!  When a musician buddy in New Orleans first got a hardcore record like that, we could NOT figure it out!!!  We played it at 45 rpm, it was so quick we could not understand a word nor chord.  Then we tried playing it at 33 RPM, and it was too slow and we could barely understand words but that wasn't right EITHER ah HA HA HA HA HA!!!
