Crypto Faucets are not Created Equal.
Crypto Faucets are websites or apps which allow you to earn small amounts of crypto coins by doing simple menial tasks: view an ad, solve a captcha, complete surveys.
While they can be an easy and fun way for beginners to earn free crypto, are they worth all the time?
Some faucets pay out so little that it would take you 3 years of hourly clicking to ever obtain enough to withdrawal the minimum amount. And this minimum withdrawal is sometimes only a few dollars. Years of ad viewing for a few dollars does not seem worth it in the short run.
When searching for a faucet it's advisable to look around, find as many reputable faucets you can. Then check out their minimum withdrawal threshold, and how much they pay out each cycle (usually hourly or daily). Do some simple math on how long it would take to withdrawal the minimum, and decide if it's worth your time.
Don't trust the ads
While you might come to trust your faucet, I advise to never trust the ads. There is not a vetting process at the faucets, they simply need ads to provide clicks, and anyone can buy ad space on them. That said, view the ads but always, always do further research before trusting a company/website you first learned about from a faucet ad.
The ad might sound like a great opportunity, but remember that anyone can say anything about themselves, doesn't mean it's true, especially in the world of anonymous cryptocurrency.
Let it flow
Once you find a faucet or three you like, just keep up the momentum weekly. I don't think you should stress daily and especially not hourly about always being sure to click the faucets, but checking back regularly a few times a week or once a day will allow you to slowly store up crypto value. The best thing is, when prices are low you get more pieces of crypto coins, then when the price goes up so does your stored value.
In the beginning of Bitcoin there were faucets which may have given out entire Bitcoins per click, imagine how much value your wallet would have grown if you just left it there clicking faucets for years. The same principle still applies, as time goes on your small pieces of coins should also go up in value, if your bullish on cryptocurrency in the long run like me. Of course, if you don't think crypto will maintain value you can always withdrawal, and sell.

I don't just find faucets and free offers, I always attempt to test them to the point of withdrawal. If I find any hangups, shadyness, or issues along the way I share that.
