crypto is good if you are using it for the right thing. so if you want crypto to buy and then sell at a higher price, this is not the way. crypto is good if you are using it to buy stuff. get crypto, spend crypto. or hold for future purchases. your motivation for using it must be grounded in wanting to use an alternative paying method.

you could get crypto from someone by selling an item in person and then they transfer crypto to your wallet. so really, you need a niche group that wants to trade in crypto. but hoping it goes to the moon will only cause you to lose money cause it most likely will go down.

those who understand this dont mind losing money when it goes down because we want to spend the crypto, not sell it for USD. i like crypto, and i am of the camp of spending the crypto on things as a means to an end rather than making a quick buck on the exchange.
